Our Programs

Our purpose is to create a generation of youth who are not only physically and mentally resilient but also embrace alternatives to technology addiction and foster safer, more inclusive environments. Through positive mentorship, access to exercise, and the development of life skills both inside and outside the gym, we strive to build a foundation of empowerment that extends far beyond the ring. Here's how we do it.

Boxing For All

Supporting Newcomer and Refugee Youth

Our Boxing 4 All program focuses on empowering newcomer and refugee youth aged 12-18, with an emphasis on accessibility for Syrian and Ukrainian communities. While the program is open to all, we prioritize creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for youth from immigrant and refugee backgrounds.

Delivered twice a year in partnership with the local school district and 94 Forward, the program offers a structured curriculum designed to build physical fitness, self-confidence, and resilience. Participants develop boxing skills while also learning valuable life skills such as goal-setting, teamwork, and discipline.

Held throughout the year, the program is crafted to meet the unique needs of participants, focusing on movement, balance, and cognitive engagement. Referrals come from healthcare providers, community organizations, and direct outreach to ensure accessibility for those who would benefit most.
